REGOLAMENTO – REGULATION
19 Luglio 2026 TRANSCIVETTA
La Transcivetta a.s.d. organizza per il giorno 19 luglio 2026 la 44^ edizione della gara denominata
Transcivetta 2026.
1) LE ISCRIZIONI si effettuano online sul sito Internet: www.transcivetta.com oppure www.sportdolomiti.it compilando l’apposito modulo indicando un nome univoco della squadra.
a) “COMPETITIVA” per iscriversi alla gara competitiva è necessario caricare subito o al massimo entro il giorno 11/7/2026 cliccando nella lista di verifica iscrizioni copia dell’ attestato medico sportivo agonistico cat.B (D.M.18.02.1982) valido alla data del 19 luglio 2026.
E’ possibile consegnare il certificato al momento del ritiro dei pettorali solo in via eccezionale (es. se il certificato è stato rinnovato dopo il termine di consegna previsto) e previo accordi con la segreteria di gara, in caso di mancata consegna la coppia passerà alla prova “non competitiva”.
b) “NON COMPETITIVA” La coppia può in alternativa iscriversi alla manifestazione “NON COMPETITIVA”, senza la necessità di certificato agonistico alle medesime condizioni di iscrizione e avrà diritto a tutti i servizi dell’evento ad esclusione della presenza nella classifica agonistica. Verrà pubblicato solo il tempo di percorrenza. Ogni coppia partecipante è libera di coprire il percorso al passo che ritiene opportuno e in base al proprio stato fisico di preparazione.
Con l’iscrizione la coppia partecipante dichiara a tutti gli effetti all’organizzazione la propria idoneità fisica allo svolgimento della prova e solleva gli stessi da tutte le responsabilità civili e penali conseguenti in caso di incidente di qualsiasi tipo.
2) QUOTE DI ISCRIZIONE
Fino al 31/3/2026 €. 90,00 a coppia, dal 01/4/2026 €.100,00 a coppia, sia per la competitiva che la non competitiva è possibile pagare tramite bonifico bancario oppure con carta di credito / paypal. Si applicano le commissioni riportate nella procedura di iscrizione. L’iscrizione tramite bonifico è confermata solo se il pagamento avviene entro 3gg, pena la cancellazione.
3) VERIFICA ISCRIZIONE
È possibile controllare la propria iscrizione online sul sito www.transcivetta.com alla pagina ISCRIZIONI
4) CHIUSURA ISCRIZIONI
Le iscrizioni si chiuderanno SABATO 11 luglio 2026 ore 19:00 e comunque al raggiungimento delle 800 coppie. Non è ammesso il cambio o la sostituzione di uno dei concorrenti la coppia dopo le ore 18:00 del 15/07/2026.
NB.: Dopo la chiusura iscrizioni è facoltà del C.O. accogliere ulteriori iscrizioni.
5) RITIRO PACCHI GARA E PETTORALI
Da MERCOLEDÍ 15/07/26 dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 12:00 e dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 19:00 a SABATO 18/07/26 dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 12:00 e dalle ore 15:00 alle 19:30 presso le Scuole Primarie D. Rudatis Via delle Scuole ad Alleghe.
DOMENICA 19 Luglio 2026 dalle ore 6:00 alle ore 8:00 presso “PIT GRILL & RESTAURANT“ località Valcozzena Agordo (BL) presso i parcheggi Luxottica dove sarà la partenza Bus navetta per Listolade, ultimo bus navetta utile alle ore 08:00 onde evitare ritardi e disguidi.
6) PARTENZA
In Località Listolade alle ore 09:00 per la “COMPETITIVA”, alle 09:15 per la “NON COMPETITIVA“.
Tempo massimo stabilito in ore 6.30 dalla partenza.
Raduno in zona stadio del ghiaccio di Listolade (Agriturismo Val Corpassa) dalle ore 08:00
Attenzione !!! Punzonatura di controllo passaggio al Rifugio Tissi
7) CONTROLLI
Lungo il percorso, verranno stabiliti dei posti di controllo presso i quali i componenti la coppia dovranno transitare con un distacco massimo di 60” (sessanta secondi) pena la squalifica.
8) RIFORNIMENTI
Durante il tragitto in corrispondenza dei Rifugi Capanna Trieste, Rif.Vazzoler, Rif. Tissi, Rif. Coldai e all’arrivo previsto il ristoro finale
9) PERCORSO
La marcia si svolge seguendo per la maggior parte il percorso dell’Alta Via delle Dolomiti n.1 come indicato in rosso sulla cartina, sfiorando lo zoccolo della Torre Trieste, il Rifugio Vazzoler e la Torre Venezia, si snoda lungo la Val Civetta sotto la grandiosa parete Nord–Ovest, salendo fino al panoramico Rifugio Tissi, si passa quindi al Rifugio Coldai per concludere ai Piani di Pezzè di Alleghe.
10) CANCELLI ORARI
TASSATIVO PER GLI ATLETI CHE AL RIFUGIO VAZZOLER NON PASSANO AL CANCELLETTO ENTRO LE ORE 12:30 VERRA’ RITIRATO IL PETTORALE E SI RITERRANNO FUORI GARA. CHI VORRA’ CONTINUARE LO FARA’ FIRMANDO UNA LIBERATORIA E PROSEGUIRANNO PER PROPRIO CONTO, al Rifugio Tissi alle ore 13.30 e cancello di chiusura al Rifugio Coldai alle 15.30 (dopo questi orari non viene più garantita l’assistenza ai concorrenti).
11) Cronometraggio e classifiche : Sport Dolomiti
Le classifiche saranno pubblicate sul sito dell’evento e su SportDolomiti.it dove sarà anche possibile scaricare il diploma di partecipazione.
12) ETA’ MINIMA
Qualora il concorrente sia un minore, età minima di partecipazione 12 anni compiuti, i genitori o chi ne fa le veci, dovranno firmare una dichiarazione liberatoria scaricabile direttamente dalla pagina iscrizioni o a questo link Dichiarazione Liberatoria Responsabilità Minori.
La dichiarazione dovrà essere compilata, firmata e consegnata in originale il giorno della gara.
Se il minore ha meno di 15 anni potrà effettuare la marcia solo se, oltre alla dichiarazione liberatoria, sarà iscritto con un maggiorenne.
13) ESONERO DI RESPONSABILITA’
Con l’atto di iscrizione i concorrenti sollevano il comitato Organizzatore della manifestazione da qualsiasi responsabilità civile e penale a persone e cose, per incidenti o danni, che possono verificarsi prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione in relazione alla stessa. Il C.O. comunque dichiara di aver stipulato l’assicurazione per la responsabilità civile per i rischi derivanti dall’organizzazione della manifestazione stessa. Il C.O. non assicura i partecipanti alla Transcivetta.
14) SERVIZI
Ogni componente la coppia avrà diritto a: un passaggio in bus navetta dalla zona park alla partenza di Listolade, quattro ristori lungo il percorso, un ristoro all’arrivo e al buono per il Pasta Party, gadget tecnico e al ticket per il rientro in Telecabina ad Alleghe centro. Un passaggio in bus navetta da Alleghe alla zona Park di Valcozzena (Agordo). Assistenza medica di pronto soccorso, servizi igienici, trasporto indumenti personali P/A
15) PETTORALE
E’ obbligatorio indossare il pettorale sul davanti, costantemente in vista per facilitare la punzonatura di controllo lungo il percorso. Il pettorale non va piegato in quanto contiene il chip per il cronometraggio. Non è necessario restituire il pettorale al termine della gara.
16) CONSEGNA SACCHE
I sacchi degli indumenti personali (ricordarsi di allegare al sacco l’adesivo relativo al nr. di pettorale) dovranno essere consegnati al personale addetto alla partenza in località Listolade, vedi segnaletica, prima della partenza. I sacchi stessi potranno essere recuperati dai concorrenti in zona arrivo.
Il Comitato Organizzatore non assume alcuna responsabilità per denaro o oggetti di valore depositati nei sacchi per il vestiario.
17) PRIVACY
Ogni concorrente rinuncia espressamente e gratuitamente ad avvalersi dei diritti all’immagine durante la partecipazione alla gara Transcivetta così come a qualsiasi ricorso e/o azione, in qualsiasi sede, contro l’organizzazione, i suoi membrie i suoi partner abilitati, per l’utilizzo fatto della sua immagine senza limiti territoriali e di tempo.
18) RECLAMI
Eventuali reclami, accompagnati dalla tassa di €. 100,00 dovranno essere presentati entro 30 minuti dopo la gara, in forma scritta nei termini previsti dal R.T.F. in caso di accoglimento la tassa verrà restituita.
19) ULTERIORI DISPOSIZIONI
Con l’iscrizione e il versamento della quota corrispondente, i concorrenti DICHIARANO di accettare senza limitazioni il presente Regolamento. Dichiarano inoltre di essere in possesso del certificato medico abilitante previsto dalle disposizioni vigenti (D.M. 18.02.1982) e sollevano il Comitato Organizzatore da qualsiasi responsabilità per incidenti, danni a terzi o proprietà altrui . Tramite l’iscrizione i partecipanti consentono l’inoltro dei dati personali a terzi a scopo di ulteriore elaborazione si sensi della legge sulla privacy.
20) PREMIAZIONI
Alla scadenza del tempo massimo stabilito, verrà come di consueto effettuata la premiazione dei partecipanti con le modalità previste dal C.O.

– Saranno premiate le prime 10 coppie per le categorie MASCHILE – FEMMINILE – MISTA
– Trofeo Giorgio Favero alla 1° coppia femminile transitata al rifugio Vazzoler
– Trofeo Eliana De Zordo alla 1a coppia mista transitata al rifugio Coldai
– Trofeo Giorgio Favretti alla 1a coppia maschile transitata al rifugio Tissi
– Trofeo Civetta al primo runner più giovane e alla prima runner più giovane
– Trofeo Civetta al/alla runner più anziano/a che ha portato a termine la gara
– Trofeo Civetta al Gruppo Sportivo con il maggior numero di iscritti
– Ulteriori info sui Trofei/premi e le motivazioni ufficiali degli stessi saranno esposte in zona arrivo il giorno della manifestazione.
TROFEO ADMO
– Le premiazioni relative alla combinata Transcivetta e 4 Pass in Doi e le relative modalità saranno comunicate sul sito di entrambe le manifestazioni.
21) ANNULLAMENTO
In caso di sopravvenute condizioni atmosferiche o di forza maggiore tali da costituire pericolo per i partecipanti e organizzatori, a giudizio insindacabile del C.O. potrà essere modificato il percorso, sospesa, rinviata o annullata la gara in qualsiasi momento.
In caso di annullamento o rinvio non verrà rimborsata la quota d’iscrizione.

La Transcivetta a.s.d. organizes, on 19 July 2026, the 44th edition of the race called
Transcivetta 2026.
1. ENTRIES must be completed online on the website: [www.transcivetta.com](https://www.transcivetta.com) or [www.sportdolomiti.it](http://www.sportdolomiti.it) by filling in the relevant form and indicating a unique team name.
a) “COMPETITIVE” To enter the competitive race it is necessary to upload immediately, or at the latest by 11/7/2026, by clicking on the entry verification list, a copy of the valid competitive sports medical certificate cat. B (D.M. 18.02.1982), valid on 19 July 2026.
It is possible to deliver the certificate at the time of bib collection only on an exceptional basis (e.g., if the certificate was renewed after the scheduled delivery deadline) and by prior agreement with the race office; if the certificate is not delivered, the pair will be moved to the “non-competitive” category.
b) “NON-COMPETITIVE” Alternatively, the pair may enter the “NON-COMPETITIVE” event, without the need for a competitive medical certificate, under the same entry conditions, and will be entitled to all event services except inclusion in the official competitive ranking. Only the completion time will be published. Each participating pair is free to cover the route at the pace it deems appropriate and according to its own level of physical preparation.
With registration, the participating pair declares to the organization, for all purposes, its physical fitness to take part in the event and releases the organizers from any civil and criminal liability arising in the event of an accident of any kind.
2. ENTRY FEES
Until 31/3/2026 € 90.00 per pair; from 01/4/2026 € 100.00 per pair. For both the competitive and non-competitive categories it is possible to pay by bank transfer or by credit card / PayPal. The fees shown in the registration procedure apply. Registration via bank transfer is confirmed only if payment is made within 3 days, otherwise the entry will be cancelled.
3. ENTRY VERIFICATION
You can check your entry online on [www.transcivetta.com](https://www.transcivetta.com) on the ENTRIES page.
4. ENTRIES CLOSE
Entries will close on SATURDAY 11 July 2026 at 19:00 and in any case upon reaching 800 pairs. No change or replacement of one of the competitors in the pair is allowed after 18:00 on 15/07/2026.
NB.: After entries close, it is at the discretion of the O.C. to accept additional entries.
5. COLLECTION OF RACE PACKS AND BIBS
From WEDNESDAY 15/07/26 from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 to SATURDAY 18/07/26 from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30 at the Primary Schools D. Rudatis, Via delle Scuole, Alleghe.
SUNDAY 19 July 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00 at “ZUM BRILLENBAR RESTAURANT”, Valcozzena 328, Agordo (BL), at the Luxottica parking area where the shuttle bus departure to Listolade will be. Last useful shuttle bus at 08:00 to avoid delays and issues.
6. START
In Listolade at 09:00 for the “COMPETITIVE”, at 09:15 for the “NON-COMPETITIVE”.
Maximum time set at 6 hours 30 minutes from the start.
Meeting point in the Ice Stadium area of Listolade (Agriturismo Val Corpassa) from 08:00.
Attention!!! Checkpoint stamping for passage control at Rifugio Tissi.
7. CHECKPOINTS
Along the route, checkpoints will be set up where the members of the pair must pass with a maximum gap of 60” (sixty seconds), otherwise they will be disqualified.
8. REFRESHMENTS
During the route, refreshment stations will be available at Capanna Trieste Hut, Vazzoler Hut, Tissi Hut, Coldai Hut, and at the finish where the final refreshment will be provided.
9. ROUTE
The walk follows for the most part the route of the Alta Via delle Dolomiti No. 1 as indicated in red on the map, skirting the base of Torre Trieste, passing Rifugio Vazzoler and Torre Venezia, continuing along Val Civetta under the magnificent North–West wall, climbing up to the panoramic Rifugio Tissi, then moving on to Rifugio Coldai and finishing at Piani di Pezzè in Alleghe.
10. TIME GATES
MANDATORY FOR ATHLETES WHO DO NOT PASS THE TIME GATE AT RIFUGIO VAZZOLER BY 12:30: THE BIB WILL BE WITHDRAWN AND THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED OUT OF THE RACE. ANYONE WHO WISHES TO CONTINUE MAY DO SO BY SIGNING A WAIVER AND WILL PROCEED AT THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
Time gate at Rifugio Tissi at 13:30 and final closing gate at Rifugio Coldai at 15:30 (after these times assistance to participants is no longer guaranteed).
11. Timing and rankings: Sport Dolomiti
Rankings will be published on the event website and on SportDolomiti.it, where it will also be possible to download the participation certificate.
12. MINIMUM AGE
If the participant is a minor (minimum participation age: 12 years old, completed), parents or legal guardians must sign a liability waiver, which can be downloaded directly from the registration page or via this link: Minor Liability Waiver Declaration.
The declaration must be completed, signed, and submitted as the original document on the day of the race.
If the minor is under 15 years old, they may take part in the walk only if, in addition to the liability waiver, they are registered together with an adult.
13. LIABILITY WAIVER
By registering, participants release the Organizing Committee of the event from any civil and criminal liability for persons and property, for accidents or damages that may occur before, during, and after the event in relation to it. The O.C. declares that it has taken out civil liability insurance for the risks arising from organizing the event. The O.C. does not insure Transcivetta participants.
14. SERVICES
Each member of the couple will be entitled to: a shuttle bus ride from the park area to the Listolade start, four refreshment points along the route, a refreshment point at the finish line, a voucher for the Pasta Party, a technical gadget, and a cable car return ticket to Alleghe town center. A shuttle bus ride from Alleghe to the Valcozzena park area (Agordo). First aid medical care, restrooms, and personal clothing transportation.
15. BIB
It is mandatory to wear the bib on the front, constantly visible to facilitate checkpoint stamping along the route. The bib must not be folded as it contains the timing chip. It is not necessary to return the bib at the end of the race.
16. BAG DROP
Bags with personal clothing (remember to attach to the bag the sticker with the bib number) must be handed to staff at the start in Listolade, as indicated by signage, before the start. The bags can be collected by participants at the finish area.
The Organizing Committee assumes no responsibility for money or valuables left in the clothing bags.
17. PRIVACY
Each participant expressly and free of charge waives image rights during participation in the Transcivetta race, as well as any appeal and/or action, in any venue, against the organization, its members and its authorized partners, for the use made of their image without territorial or time limits.
18. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints, accompanied by a fee of € 100.00, must be submitted within 30 minutes after the race, in writing, within the terms set out by the R.T.F. If upheld, the fee will be refunded.
19. FURTHER PROVISIONS
By registering and paying the relevant fee, participants DECLARE that they accept this Regulation without limitations. They also declare that they are in possession of the required medical certificate according to current regulations (D.M. 18.02.1982) and release the Organizing Committee from any liability for accidents, damage to third parties or others’ property. By registering, participants consent to the forwarding of personal data to third parties for further processing in accordance with privacy law.
20. AWARDS
At the expiry of the maximum time limit, as usual, the award ceremony for participants will take place in the manner provided by the O.C.

– The first 10 pairs will be awarded in the MEN – WOMEN – MIXED categories
– Giorgio Favero Trophy to the 1st women’s pair passing through Rifugio Vazzoler
– Eliana De Zordo Trophy to the 1st mixed pair passing through Rifugio Coldai
– Giorgio Favretti Trophy to the 1st men’s pair passing through Rifugio Tissi
– Civetta Trophy to the youngest male runner and the youngest female runner
– Civetta Trophy to the oldest runner (male/female) who completes the race
– Civetta Trophy to the Sports Group with the highest number of entrants
– Further information on the trophies/awards and the official motivations will be posted in the finish area on the day of the event.
ADMO TROPHY
– Awards related to the combined Transcivetta and 4 Pass in Doi and the related procedures will be announced on the websites of both events.
21. CANCELLATION
In the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure creating a danger for participants and organizers, at the unquestionable discretion of the O.C., the route may be modified, the race suspended, postponed, or cancelled at any time.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, the entry fee will not be refunded.
